    How do I get started with 1:1 coaching?

    Just fill out the enquiry form on the 1:1 Coaching page, and I'll get in touch to discuss your needs. From there, we'll build a plan that works for you.

    Do I need any previous fitness experience to join your training programs?

    Not at all! My programs are designed for all levels, from complete beginner to advanced. I'll help you build confidence and progress safely.

    How often do you update the content on the site?

    I regularly add new articles, tips and upcoming event details, so you'll always have fresh, up-to-date resources to keep you informed

    Do I need to have a set schedule for the programs or can I go at my own pace?

    You can absolutely go at your own pace. The content and support have been desined to fit a busy or flexible schedule so you can fit training into your life.
